If your terminal can normally turn on, but not working or have payment issues, try restarting the termianl by holding the power button for 3 seconds until a pop up shows at the right side of the screen, and click 'Restart'.

For emergencies, you can use your terminal to call by holding the power button for 3 seconds until a pop up shows at the right screen of your payment terminal, then click 'Emergency'.

We always give with our payment terminals a white thin paper with some dots on it. (Shaped like |_| ) You use this whenever a blind person wants to pay.

How to use it:
Place it on the bottom side of the screen like this |_| and with the help of the dots, the blind person can now read the dots and use the payment terminal correctly. (No extra help needed)

How do i turn on my payment terminal? Open PAX A920 - Open PAX A920 Pro

For both, PAX A920 & PAX A920 Pro, on the right side of the payment terminal, there's a power button. Click it and if it doesn't turn on, hold it for 3 seconds. Now it should open. IF STILL NOT, you will need to charge the payment terminal.
